Our Baby Boy
Pretty much the only thing I regret about my first child’s birth is not taking photos of her until several hours later. I had planned to document her birth, but for those who don’t know she was born 5 weeks premature by emergency c-section. I was in such a rush to get from my office 1.5 hours away to the surgery on time that the last thing on my mind was about where my camera was and taking photos. Of course I was worried about the safety of both my child and wife.
But I did not want that to happen again. I have always documented my life since about the end of highschool. Many photos are never posted online, or shared amongst many people, but I occasionally look through some of my prints in albums and instantly recall those moments. I am so thankful this time I was able to document the birth of my son and am excited to share some of the moments with all of you. Introducing… a legend in the making! Connor Bradley Ploegman.
He was born 3-13 in room 313. Friday the 13th, it may just be his lucky number. His grandpa is a Harley biker and who knows, maybe he just might be someday too.
